1. How does your online group tuition model work?

Each course is delivered through a dedicated learning platform, so students can access everything from any device. Every Monday morning, a new on-demand lesson is released—this includes a teaching video, downloadable worksheet, and a short quiz to check understanding.

Students also join a weekly live Zoom session, held on a weekday evening (see my timetable for specific times). These livestreams are recorded, so students can catch up if they miss a session.

All students get access to a private community space where they can ask questions, share progress, and stay motivated. I actively monitor this space and provide support where needed.

For those who want more personalised help, a premium tier is available. This includes extra support via email and the option to book a one-to-one Zoom call.

2. What are the benefits to online group learning programmes?

Online group learning combines the flexibility of online education with the motivation and support of a classroom environment. Students benefit from:

Structured weekly lessons that provide routine and accountability.

3. Can my child join partway through the programme?

Yes! Students can join at any point during the programme. All livestreams are recorded and available on the platform, so your child can catch up and follow the programme at their own pace.

4. How do you support different learning styles in a group format?

Each lesson includes a mix of visual, verbal, and interactive elements—clear explanations, worked examples, independent tasks, and optional participation. Students can watch recordings, pause and rewind, or revisit tasks in their own time.

5. My child is neurodivergent—will they be supported?

Absolutely. Lessons are structured, predictable, and calm, with clear routines. Participation is never forced, and students can learn at their own pace using the recordings.

6. Does my child need to speak up or be on camera in live lessons?

No. Students are encouraged to engage, but they can choose how—via chat, polls, reactions, or simply by observing. Cameras and mics are optional. Many students gain confidence over time without pressure.

7. What if my child struggles to focus online?

Livestream duration for Year 6 is 50 minutes, and 60-minutes for Year 11. These sessions are broken into short, purposeful segments with varied activities. The sessions are recorded, so students can step away when needed knowing that they can catch up anytime. On-demand videos are for a maximum of 15-minutes. Students can pause the content and revisit parts as needed. This structured weekly routine helps build consistency without overwhelm.

8. How many students are in each cohort?

There is no official cap on cohort size—the programme is designed to scale and serve as many families as possible, while still delivering high-quality educational content. I do monitor cohort sizes and will limit availability if needed. Livestreams are structured and calm, with flexible options for participation (chat, reactions, or quiet observation).

For families seeking more individualised guidance, an optional support tier is available. This includes a 1-to-1 feedback call and personalised progress tracking, and is strictly limited in availability to maintain quality.

All students and parents also gain access to a dedicated online forum where they can ask questions, share ideas, and support each other throughout the programme. I monitor this closely and will provide input when needed.
